𘞉 is only attested in Sea of Writing and Homophones (babelstone.co.uk/Tangut/Tongyin…) which gives the word 𗲌𘞉 [¹ma₄ ¹le₁] "river some-sort-of-stone" (most Homophone entries are the character in question preceded or followed by another character which together form a word).

The definition for 𘞉 in the Sea of Writing reads like a riddle:
𘞉𗫂𗱸𘃞𗱸𗱞𘃞𗲟𗍥𘃞𘃶𗭪𘃞𗵌𗳣𘃞
[¹le₁]: a stone; a meteorite (?); iron ore; used for grinding (i.e. as a millstone); protects and covers.
Any suggestions?
