๐ [ยนjuโ] 'gambling chip, game counter' (?) is constructed from the middle of ๐ [ยนdze'โ] 'to struggle, to fight' and the right side of ๐ฅ [ยนyโ] 'to say' {๐๐๐ฅ๐กผ} babelstone.co.uk/Tangut/WenhaiLโฆ

The meaning of the character is not certain. Li Fanwen takes this as a verb ็ฑ็ฎ 'to prepare, to plan', but the definition in Sea of Writing refers to the character being used to count numbers in gambling (๐ ๐ซ๐ต ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ก๐พ๐ญช๐).

The only occurrences in literary text are in the Odes, where it occurs twice before the negative of ๐ [ยนdze'โ] 'to struggle:
Odes #2: ...๐ ๐ถ๐ ๐ ๐... ...big-face [ยนjuโ] not struggle...
Odes #4: ...๐ ๐ถ๐ ๐ ๐๐ ๐ฃ... ...big-face [ยนjuโ] without struggle to play chess...
