This character is only used for Sanskrit transcription in the sequence 𘎿𗩕 [²ky₁ ¹dza₁] (although I don't have any examples of it in actual use).

Like many Tangut characters devised specifically for transcription purposes it uses a fanqie 反切 method of character construction: 𗩕 [¹dza₁] = the initial of 𗤕 [¹tsan₁] plus the rime of 𗧓 [²nga₁] (which does not quite fit with modern phonetic reconstructions).
