𘓦 [¹leq₃] 'to realise, to understand' is constructed from the top left of 𘈑 [¹myr₄] 'people, folk', the bottom of 𘟛 [¹zhyr₃] 'wisdom', and the left side of 𗥤 [²tse₄] 'to know' {𘈑𘟛𗥤𘊱} babelstone.co.uk/Tangut/WenhaiL…

𘓦 [¹leq₃] is an uncommon character, but occurs in Grains of Gold 《𗵒𗭭𘃎𘐏𘝞》 = 《碎金置掌文》 in the line 𗥃𗗚𘙌𗦳𘓦 𘉋𘑗𗖶𗑠𗉜 which Marc Miyake translates as "The four seas are protected; With whom do the eight mountains struggle?" amritas.com/100619.htm#061…

The word 𗦳𘓦 [²dzu₄ ¹leq₃] 'to protect' also occurs in Ode #2. In Kychanov's dictionary (p. 117) 𗦳𘓦 and 𗦳𘓦𗇋 are glossed as 'опекун', 'guardian', '保護人' but Li Fanwen's dictionary does not give either word, and I cannot find the source for this definition.
