BabelPad 10.x.x.x Release Notes

Removes the option to dynamically configure the User Interface Language, and now only supports English UI. Separate builds for Simplified Chinese (BabelPad_CHS.exe) and Traditional Chinese (BabelPad_CHT.exe) are now available.
Fixes a bug that caused clipping of the enlarged glyph image on right-click in the character map grid.
Adds a new "Paste and Copy" function on the "Edit > Cut and Paste" menu. When the clipboard is not empty and some text is selected in BabePad, this function replaces the selected text with the contents of the clipboard (same as Paste function), and then copies the originally selected text into the clipboard. This function is very useful for swapping text in two places.
The sample text for all blocks in the Font Analysis and Composite Font Mapping dialogs now only shows characters for which there is a mapped glyph in the selected font.
The algorithm for vertically centring glyphs in the character map grid has been modified so that glyphs in fonts with very tall ascender or descender values (e.g. fonts for scripts such as Marchen and Zanabazar Square which can have very deep stacking clusters) are less likely to be clipped.
Adds an additional control to the Export Font Glyphs dialog to allow vertical adjustment of the glyph in the cell.
Corrections for Tangut IDS sequences.
Fixes bug with conversion from Extended Wylie transcription to Unicode Tibetan('tshw sequence).
Other minor and cosmetic fixes to the character map.

Fixes broken navigation using Previous Radical (<=) and Next Radical (=>) buttons for CJK and Tangut blocks.
Fixes CJK radical strokes in the Ideographic Properties dialog.
Increases maximum length of sample text in the Font Analysis and Composite Font Mapping dialogs to 512 characters.
